  1. Product introduction and usage
QH60-360 CNC steel ball drilling machine is an efficient machine for bolt-sphere joints industry. The machine can milling, drilling, chamfering, tapping and other automatic processes of bolt-sphere once clamping. It has the advantages of strong rigidity, stable operation, high efficiency, high positioning accuracy, convenient loading and unloading, smooth chip removal, environmental protection and safety.
  1. Machine main structural characteristic
Machine is horizontal structure, X\Z axis is horizontal hard rail sliding table structure, Y\A axis is horizontally installed on the turntable. The spiral chip removal is placed on both sides of the X axis and the CNC turntable, which is conducive to the rapid removal of processed iron chips. 24 disc tool library, fast tool change speed, tool capacity, can meet all the tool needs of one or several workpieces processing. The machine adopts full protective sheet metal structure to prevent the splashing of iron chips and cutting fluid, which protects the environment and the safety of the operator.
