PLD2016 has the characters of:
1. The PLD2016 is mainly for drilling job on steel plate. Its Max rotation speed of Drilling Spindle is up to 560 rpm. It can be equipped with Twist drill.
2. The Machine PLD2016 uses hydraulic cylinder as drilling spindle's feeding system. 
3. The grantry driven by ballscrew via guidway.
4. The machine equipped with Auto-chip cleaner system.
5. There are totally 12 sets of Hydraulic Clamps for clamping the steel plates on the worktable. And the hydraulic unit for the clamps is very reliable. 
6. The hydraulic station is placed inside the machine bed to improve working environment of the hydraulic station, reduce floor space, and the machine is more compact.
7. PLC, inverter, servo system and low-voltage electrical items all use Siemens or Mitsubishi brand to ensure reliable and stable operation of the system.
8. Using fanless and fully closed industrial computer to run software, effectively isolate the dust, greatly improve the life of the computer.
9. The computer software is written in VB net language. It has good compatibility with Windows system, stable operation and beautiful interface. It has functions such as graphic zooming and coordinate display, and readable to DXF, DSTV and other format files. The computer software can transfer processing program of four zones at the same time. After one program transfer, the system can automatically process the workpieces in each zone, increase efficiency effectively.
